P. Rajaram - Indian

Raja has done his Master's Degree Business Administration (Personnel). He is also a Post Graduate in Science, Associate of Insurance Institute of India & Associate of Institute of Chemists (India). Started his professional career in 1977 with Department of Atomic Energy and joined the Tariff Advisory Committee (General Insurance) in 1981. Raja was a Member of several Technical Committees and played an important role in framing the safety standards for different industries and revision of various Tariffs. Post liberalization of the insurance market in India, Raja took important role in setting up of three Indian Joint Venture Insurance companies partnering Tokio Marine (Japan), Sompo (Japan) and QBE (Australia) and held the positions of  Chief Underwriting Officer & Head of Reinsurance, Executive Vice President (Marketing).

Aristark W Mboya (Mboya) - Tanzanian

Mboya is a M.B.A in Finance, Graduate in Commerce and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tanzania. Mboya came to Reliance in November 2003 with more than 14 years of experience in managerial positions in Tanzania. He handles both accounts and finance with equal flair. He has to his credit service industry experience as Chief Accountant with Hotel And Tours Management Ltd a subsidiary of TDFL.

Mr. Mark P Lyimo

Mark is a M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in International Business. After securing a Adv. Diploma in Insurance from IFM, Dar es Salaam in 2001 he gained valuable experience with another insurer till April 2005 when he took up the current position. Mr. Eric Bukombi - Tanzanian

Bukombi is a M.B.A in Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Economics as well as in Applied Accounting, and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA-UK). Has more than four years experience working with Price Waterhouse Coopers in the statutory audit of financial services(Banks), Petroleum, Telecom, Media, Energy generation, Soft drinks manufacturing companies and value for money Audits. Countries of experience are Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda.

Mr. Mathias Ninga - Tanzanian

Mathias is a graduate in Masters of Public Administration/Human Resourses Management from the University of Dar es salaam. He has more than four years working experience in the Human Resourses Management field in the Motor Vehicle and Mining industries in Tanzania. He joined the Insurance industry in May 2010.

Mr. Kunj Bihari Dave - Indian

Dave is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (F.I.I.I). Besides he is a duly qualified Law Graduate, Cost & Works Accountant as well as a Company Secretary. He gained 14 years of rich experience with National Insurance Company Limited, a well known Public Sector General Insurer in India, where he held various managerial positions in various departments gaining wide & in depth knowledge base. Before joining Reliance Insurance in May 2010, he worked with Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd., a leading private sector General Insurance Company for 4 years where he headed various offices

Ms. Joyce Kasege - Tanzanian

Joyce is a Graduate in Business Management Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University - UK, She is also an Associate of Insurance Institute of India (AIII), and a Chartered Banker (CIB - UK), worked in Banking industry for 10 years before Joining Insurance industry with Reliance Insurance Co.(T) Ltd in 1999.
